The condo was perfect for us! It had everything we needed. The view off the patio was stunning! It was the perfect place for my morning coffee and to watch the sunset. The area is quiet and peaceful, yet close to restaurants. Duke’s is a short walk away. This was our first time in Hawaii celebrating our 25th anniversary. We hope to stay here again soon! Mahalo!

Found out just weeks out from a friend staying in another unit (different owner) that the entire tower would have no air conditioning the entire stay when I contacted my unit owner/mgr. they advised in the email chain that they were unaware and then came back to say this was listed in on website listing when I booked (which it did not) The temp was 77 - 84 degrees each day. The temp AC unit in living room did not cool it enough to eat at the dining room table or enjoy the living room. Was given 3 fans super loud this really wasnt the atmosphere for relaxation. Very disappointed.

Lovely Accommodations & Location Positive: Property is easy to find, has fantastic views, and is walking distance to the major Kaanapali resort restaurants (like Duke’s—5 min walk). Tours that do pick up know where it is and will accommodate pick up there! We loved the amenities and conveniences the unit came with. The washer and dryer in the unit came in super handy. Owners were easily contacted and responsive. Negative: A couple of pests greeting us the first 24 hrs made me wonder what was going to crawl on me later. We let the owners know and saw no more pests in subsequent days. We were disappointed to discover that renovations were going to be going on during our stay. We had not known about them when we booked the place and were notified of them only a few days before we arrived, which was too late to book a new place and receive a refund of what we had already paid in full.
