4BR Kona Home with Ocean Views and AC!

Kona family vacation. Positive: We had a wonderful time during our stay. Mornings on the deck watching the ocean was my favorite part of the day. We loved having the space to spread out, while still having a great gathering area. The kitchen was well stocked and the grill was great. The downstairs bedroom wasn't just a room, it was a separate apartment that has a it's own entrance. There was no air conditioning in the lower bedroom, but had a nice cross breeze with the windows open. All the other rooms had air, and beds were very comfortable. Negative: There was nothing we didn't like. Great stay.

Positive: Proximity to downtown Kona. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioning and fans. Great neighborhood with a trail. Responsive staff. Spacious living room area. Cooking utensils and starter items provided. Great outdoor space. Additional space in the basement. Responsive staff. Negative: No air conditioning in basement unit. Not a huge deal for our party but could be an issue for others. A few details were missed such no soap in shower or clothing items left from previous guests but not a huge deal.
